Description
This a one hour course that will provide an exploration of load monitoring, recovery measurements, and recovery techniques using Blood Flow Restriction Training and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) in athletic and clinical settings. You will learn to assess training load through objective and subjective measures, interpret recovery data to guide individualized treatment planning, and apply evidence-based BFR and IASTM techniques to facilitate soft tissue healing and enhance performance. Emphasis is placed on integrating physiological monitoring tools with exercise and manual therapy interventions to optimize recovery strategies and prevent overuse injuries.
This course is eligible for 1 Hour of CE Credit.
